這首歌由蘇格蘭歌手Lewis Capaldi自己創作及演唱

闡述自己先前對感情全心全意地付出，給了對方一切

然而自己的前任卻仍離他而去的心碎之感

心碎的歌詞搭配上他滄桑的嗓音讓人聽起來真的有種感同身受之感!

(這首歌的歌詞也寫得非常淒美)

話說Lewis Capaldi的聲線真的好像James Arthur

第一次聽到真的以為是James Arthur XD

然而比起James ，我更喜歡Lewis的聲音

相較之下，Lewis Capaldi的聲音更為沙啞而具有爆發力

搭配這種較有高低起伏且富有情感的歌曲

由Lewis來詮釋真的讓人更有感覺!

這首歌的MV拍得更是有夠催淚

描述一名老醫生在自己妻子死後，將心臟捐給一名年輕媽媽

面對因為自己深愛的妻子而能繼續幸福的家庭，他十分開心

且能再次聆聽自己妻子的"心跳聲"，也讓他備感欣慰

然而，最後他仍難掩自己對妻子的想念而失落。

真的是超級催淚的!!!

(其實這MV也是在宣傳捐心的慈善運動，但和歌曲意境真的好搭!)
